Comparison review

Galaxy Note Edge is slightly better than the Sony Xperia Z5, with an 81.7 score against 77.6. The Galaxy Note Edge design is older, heavier and somewhat thicker than the Sony Xperia Z5. Both phones in this comparison review include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note Edge has older 5.0 version while Sony Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1 version.

The Galaxy Note Edge features a little bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a better 2560 x 1440 resolution, a little bit greater pixel count in each inch of display and a little bit bigger screen. Xperia Z5 features a bit bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Xperia Z5 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 200 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has just a little better processing power than Sony Xperia Z5, because although it has less processing cores , and they both have 3 GB of RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a better GPU running at 500 MHz. Galaxy Note Edge counts with a little better battery duration than Xperia Z5, because it has a 3% bigger battery size.

Xperia Z5 features a bit better camera than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xperia Z5 also has a bigger diafragm aperture, a much more MP back facing camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photos.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Galaxy Note Edge is also cheaper.
