The Galaxy S4 is way better than the T-Mobile Revvl Plus, having a global score of 77.3 against 58. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S4 has an older 4.4.2 version while T-Mobile Revvl Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Galaxy S4's construction is noticeably lighter and just a bit thinner than T-Mobile Revvl Plus, even though it was released 5 years before.

The T-Mobile Revvl Plus counts with longer battery duration than Galaxy S4, because it has 3380mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
Galaxy S4 costs a little more than the T-Mobile Revvl Plus, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
