Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ2 has an overall score of 79.1, which is a little bit better than the TCL 10 Pro's 72.1 overall score. Although Sony Xperia XZ2 is better than the TCL 10 Pro, we must note that it's also way older, just a little heavier and somewhat thicker. The TCL 10 Pro features a bit more vivid screen than Sony Xperia XZ2, because although it has a bit lower amount of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a quite bigger display, a brighter screen and a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution.
Xperia XZ2 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than TCL 10 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. TCL 10 Pro takes much better videos and photos than Sony Xperia XZ2, because although it has worse video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the TCL 10 Pro also counts with a lot higher 64 megapixels resolution back facing camera, a lot bigger sensor which gives a lot better photo and video quality and a larger aperture to capture better images and videos in poorly lited environments.
The TCL 10 Pro counts with more storage capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia XZ2, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 256 GB against 400 GB, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage. TCL 10 Pro counts with a superior battery life than Sony Xperia XZ2, because it has a 4550mAh battery capacity.
