Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 5s has a general score of 76.4, which is slightly better than the TCL 10 Pro's 72.1 global score. Even though Xiaomi Mi 5s is way older than the TCL 10 Pro, it's construction is thinner and noticeably lighter. These phones come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while TCL 10 Pro has Android 10.
The TCL 10 Pro features a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a just a little inferior pixels number per inch of display, it also counts with a bigger screen, a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a way brighter display. TCL 10 Pro has a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has 4 more processing cores (but slower) and 2 GB more RAM memory.
The TCL 10 Pro has a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the TCL 10 Pro also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB. The TCL 10 Pro takes way better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the TCL 10 Pro also has a much bigger camera sensor taking much higher quality photographs and videos, a bigger aperture to capture better photos and videos in poorly lited situations and a camera with a way better 64 mega pixels resolution.
The TCL 10 Pro features a very superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 4550mAh battery size.
Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, the Xiaomi Mi 5s is also cheaper than the other phone, making buying this phone a simple decision.
