Comparison review
Google Pixel XL has an overall score of 81.3, which is much better than TCL 20 5G's 73.1 general score. Google Pixel XL is an much older phone than the TCL 20 5G, but it's just a little thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. TCL 20 5G counts with a bit faster CPU than Google Pixel XL, because it has a higher number of cores (but slower) and 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Google Pixel XL counts with a bit better looking display than TCL 20 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per inch of display and a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution. TCL 20 5G shoots much better photographs and videos than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the TCL 20 5G also has a bigger aperture to take better low light photos and videos, a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels and a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The TCL 20 5G features a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have equal internal storage, the TCL 20 5G also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 256 GB. TCL 20 5G features superior battery performance than Google Pixel XL, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3450mAh.
