Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro is better than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, having an 87.1 score against 76.1. Huawei Mate 30 Pro's body is just a bit thinner than TCL 20 Pro 5G, but it's just a bit heavier and was released around 17 months before. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 30 Pro has older 10 version and TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a little more vivid display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little better pixel count per inch of display and a slightly higher resolution of 1176 x 2400px. Huawei Mate 30 Pro counts with a bit better processor than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has more RAM memory.
TCL 20 Pro 5G features a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1 TB. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a slightly better camera than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a camera with a lower 40 mega pixels resolution and a lower (4K) video definition, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture and a bigger sensor taking higher quality videos and photographs.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro's battery life is just as good as the TCL 20 Pro 5G one.
