LG Optimus L3 has a score of 47.4, which is a bit better than Verykool RS90 Vortex's 43.2 overall score. Both phones we are comparing have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG Optimus L3 has the previous 2.3 version while Verykool RS90 Vortex has Android 4.0 version.
