The Galaxy Note 3 has a general score of 80.7, which is way better than Videocon A42's general score of 44.9. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 3 has newer 5.0 version while Videocon A42 has Android 4.2.2, giving a couple nice extra features and improved performance.
