Comparison review
The Huawei P20 Pro is better than the vivo iQOO 12 Pro, with a score of 81.4 against 71.5. Despite of the fact that the Huawei P20 Pro is extremely older than vivo iQOO 12 Pro, it's design is lighter and a little thinner. These phones come with Android operating system, but Huawei P20 Pro has 10 version while vivo iQOO 12 Pro has Android 14.
