The LG Q70 has an overall score of 77.9, which is just a bit better than the vivo iQOO 12 Pro's 71.5 overall score. The LG Q70 design is just a little thinner and just a bit lighter than the vivo iQOO 12 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released 4 years before. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the LG Q70 has the older 10 version while vivo iQOO 12 Pro has Android 14.
