Comparison review
Galaxy A40 is better than the vivo iQOO 12 Pro, with a general score of 79.6 against 71.5. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy A40 has 11 version and vivo iQOO 12 Pro has Android 14 version. Although the Galaxy A40 is way older than the vivo iQOO 12 Pro, it's construction is incredibly lighter and just a bit thinner.
The Galaxy A40 counts with a much better performing processing unit than vivo iQOO 12 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The vivo iQOO 12 Pro has a lot better screen than Galaxy A40, because it has a bigger display, a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 and a little more pixels per inch in the display.
The vivo iQOO 12 Pro has a bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy A40, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The vivo iQOO 12 Pro has a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have a F1.7 camera aperture, the vivo iQOO 12 Pro also has a much higher video quality, a much larger back camera sensor which gives a much higher photo and video quality and a camera with way more MP.
The vivo iQOO 12 Pro has a way better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 65 percent bigger battery capacity.
