Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a global score of 81, which is better than the vivo iQOO 12 Pro's 71.5 global score. Xiaomi 12S Ultra's design is notably thinner and noticeably lighter than the vivo iQOO 12 Pro. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Xiaomi 12S Ultra has the previous 12 version while vivo iQOO 12 Pro has Android 14.
