The Galaxy A22 is just a bit better than the vivo NEX 3, getting a score of 76.1 against 73.9. These devices work with Android OS, but the Galaxy A22 has 12 version while vivo NEX 3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy A22 is a newer device, and it's also thinner and lighter than the vivo NEX 3.
