Comparison review
Galaxy M30 is better than vivo NEX 3, getting a score of 82.4 against 73.9. Both of these phones come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. The Galaxy M30 construction is much lighter and somewhat thinner than vivo NEX 3, even though both were released with only a couple of months difference.
Vivo NEX 3 has a little bit better performance than Galaxy M30, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the vivo NEX 3 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy M30 has a display that's very similar to the screen in vivo NEX 3, because although the Galaxy M30 has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2280 resolution and a just a little higher number of pixels per inch in the screen.
The Galaxy M30 features just a bit more memory for games and applications than vivo NEX 3, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Vivo NEX 3 captures much better videos and photos than Galaxy M30, because it has a way larger camera sensor which provides a way higher image and video quality, a larger camera aperture to take better images and videos in poorly lited situations, a lot more megapixels back facing camera and a much better (4K) video resolution.
Galaxy M30 has a bit longer battery life than vivo NEX 3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
