Comparison review
The Galaxy Note8 is much better than the vivo NEX 3, with a general score of 83 against 73.9. Both of these phones include the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. Although Galaxy Note8 is a lot older than vivo NEX 3, it's body is just a little thinner and somewhat lighter.
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features just a bit better screen than vivo NEX 3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution. Vivo NEX 3 has a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the vivo NEX 3 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Vivo NEX 3 counts with much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The vivo NEX 3 has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video quality, the vivo NEX 3 also counts with a lot higher 64 megapixels resolution camera in the back and a way larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
