Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 is a lot better than the vivo NEX 3, getting a 94.8 score against 73.9. Galaxy S20's body is thinner and lighter than the vivo NEX 3, even though both were released with only a few months difference. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 has older 13 version while vivo NEX 3 has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a much better display than vivo NEX 3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and way more pixels per inch of display. Galaxy S20 has more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than vivo NEX 3, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.
Galaxy S20's processing unit is very similar to vivo NEX 3's CPU, and although the Galaxy S20 has 4 GB more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Vivo NEX 3 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy S20, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the same (4K) video definition and a same size back camera sensor, the vivo NEX 3 also has a camera in the back with lot more MP and better video frame rate.
Vivo NEX 3 features a little better battery life than Galaxy S20, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
