Comparison review
Galaxy S21 Ultra is a lot better than the vivo NEX 3, with a global score of 98.1 against 73.9. Galaxy S21 Ultra's body is newer and just a little bit thinner, but also just a little bit heavier than the vivo NEX 3. These devices come with Android OS, but Galaxy S21 Ultra has older 11 version and vivo NEX 3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and vivo NEX 3 both feature really similar CPUs, and although the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a lot better looking display than vivo NEX 3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200.

Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a little better battery lifetime than vivo NEX 3, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4500mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra shoots much better pictures and videos than vivo NEX 3, and although they both have the same aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a back-facing camera with way more megapixels, a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition and a much bigger sensor.
