Galaxy S4 is slightly better than vivo NEX 3, having a score of 79 against 73.9. Even though the Galaxy S4 is noticeably older than vivo NEX 3, it's body is somewhat thinner and incredibly lighter. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S4 has 4.4 version while vivo NEX 3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The vivo NEX 3 features a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and more RAM. Galaxy S4 features a sharper display than vivo NEX 3, because although it has a way smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch.
The vivo NEX 3 counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a way better 3840x2160 video definition, a bigger aperture, a lot larger sensor and a much higher 64 mega pixels resolution back facing camera. Vivo NEX 3 has a lot bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S4, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
The vivo NEX 3 counts with a superior battery life than Galaxy S4, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
