Sony Xperia 5 II has a global score of 87.2, which is better than vivo NEX 3's 73.9 overall score. Sony Xperia 5 II's design is newer, somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter than the vivo NEX 3. Vivo NEX 3 features just a little better hardware performance than Xperia 5 II. Both of them have a 8 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit.
