The Xperia Z3 counts with an incredibly better screen than vivo NEX 3, because although it has a way smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a little bit better pixels density. Vivo NEX 3 has much more memory capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z3, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal storage capacity.
Vivo NEX 3 has a bit better hardware performance than Xperia Z3, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more RAM and a greater number of cores. The vivo NEX 3 counts with a superior camera than Xperia Z3, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the vivo NEX 3 also has a much larger sensor which offers a way higher photo and video quality, a camera with lot more mega pixels and a larger aperture to capture better captures in poorly lited environments.
