Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Max has an overall score of 77.5, which is just a bit better than the vivo NEX 3's 73.9 overall score. Despite of the fact that the Xiaomi Mi Max is way older than the vivo NEX 3, it's design is a bit lighter and somewhat thinner. Vivo NEX 3 counts with a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2256px, a bit better pixels density and a quite bigger screen.
The vivo NEX 3 has a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the vivo NEX 3 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The vivo NEX 3 counts with a bit bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Xiaomi Mi Max features a little longer battery lifetime than vivo NEX 3, because it has 4850mAh of battery capacity against 4500mAh. The vivo NEX 3 takes greater photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the vivo NEX 3 also has a camera with a way better 64 mega-pixels resolution and a larger aperture to take better images and video in poorly lited situations.
