Vivo X Fold 3 Pro has a global score of 77.8, which is just a bit better than Xperia Z5's global score of 77.6. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but the vivo X Fold 3 Pro has 14 version while Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1. Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is a newer and a lot thinner phone than the Xperia Z5, but it's way heavier.
The vivo X Fold 3 Pro counts with a better display than Sony Xperia Z5, because although it has a quite worse display density, it also counts with a lot better 2200 x 2480 pixels resolution and a way larger screen. Xperia Z5 features an extremely better processor than vivo X Fold 3 Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xperia Z5 also counts with a graphics processor.
The vivo X Fold 3 Pro takes much better photographs and videos than Xperia Z5, because it has a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality, a much bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a bigger aperture for better low light captures and video and a much more mega pixels back facing camera. The vivo X Fold 3 Pro has a much greater storage for applications and games than Sony Xperia Z5, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 480 GB more internal memory.
The vivo X Fold 3 Pro counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Xperia Z5, because it has 5700mAh of battery capacity against 2900mAh.
Although vivo X Fold 3 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xperia Z5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xperia Z5. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the vivo X Fold 3 Pro, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xperia Z5, letting go some features and specs.
