Comparison review
Motorola Edge 40 is just a bit better than the vivo X50 Pro, getting a 77.2 score against 75.4. Motorola Edge 40's body is a lot newer, a bit thinner and just a little lighter than vivo X50 Pro. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 40 has newer 13 version and vivo X50 Pro has Android 10, providing you some nice extra features and improved performance.
The vivo X50 Pro features a very superior hardware performance than Motorola Edge 40. Both of them have a 8 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. Motorola Edge 40 features a bit better looking display than vivo X50 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit greater screen density.
The Motorola Edge 40 takes clearer videos and photos than vivo X50 Pro, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a camera in the back with more MP, a bigger aperture for better low light captures and videos and a lot bigger back camera sensor.
Vivo X50 Pro features a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Edge 40, because it has 256 GB internal memory. The Motorola Edge 40 features a bit better battery lifetime than vivo X50 Pro, because it has a 4400mAh battery size.
