The Xperia Z5 Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is a bit better than the vivo X50 Pro's overall score of 75.4. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS, but the Xperia Z5 Premium has an older 5.1 version and vivo X50 Pro has Android 10 version. Xperia Z5 Premium is an much older phone than vivo X50 Pro, but Sony managed to build it just a bit thinner and just a little lighter.

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features a much better screen than vivo X50 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with way more pixels per screen inch and a lot higher 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution. The vivo X50 Pro counts with a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal storage.

Vivo X50 Pro counts with a little bit better processing power than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have the same number of cores, the vivo X50 Pro also counts with more RAM memory. The vivo X50 Pro shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has a tinier sensor taking less light and dull colors, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the vivo X50 Pro also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures and video in low-light environments and a lot more mega-pixels back camera.

Vivo X50 Pro has longer battery lifetime than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 4315mAh battery capacity instead of 3430mAh.
