Comparison review
Huawei P40 is better than vivo X50, getting an 86.4 score against 73. Both phones we compare here include the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Although it's the best phone in this comparison, the Huawei P40 design is a bit thicker and just a bit heavier than vivo X50.
Huawei P40 has a bit better processor than vivo X50, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Huawei P40 has a bit more vivid display than vivo X50, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit better quantity of pixels per inch in the display.
Huawei P40 shoots slightly better photos and videos than vivo X50, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 also counts with a much bigger camera sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality, faster video frame rates and a camera in the back with a better 50 mega pixels resolution.
Vivo X50 and Huawei P40 count with really similar storage for applications and games, both of them have exactly the same internal storage. Vivo X50 has just a bit longer battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity.
