Galaxy Note8 is better than the vivo X50, having an 83 score against 73. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Galaxy Note8 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while vivo X50 has Android 10 version, so it gives you some extra features. The Galaxy Note8 is a better cellphone than the vivo X50, we must note that it is also a much older, thicker and heavier cellphone.
Vivo X50 features a little better performance than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the vivo X50 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy Note8 has just a bit better looking display than vivo X50, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px.
Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than vivo X50, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 256 GB.
