The Xperia 1 II is way better than the vivo X50, getting a general score of 91 against 73. Despite being the best phone in our current comparison, Xperia 1 II is an a little heavier and a little thicker phone than the vivo X50. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia 1 II has 11 version while vivo X50 has Android 10, so it provides you some nice extra features and improved performance.

Xperia 1 II counts with a bit more powerful CPU than vivo X50. Both of them have a 8 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor. Xperia 1 II counts with a sharper screen than vivo X50, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels and a lot higher pixel number per inch of display.

Vivo X50 has a bit better camera than Xperia 1 II, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rates and a lot tinier back-facing camera sensor, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the vivo X50 also counts with a larger diafragm aperture and a back facing camera with a much better resolution.

The Xperia 1 II features a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games than vivo X50, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
