Comparison review
Xperia 5 III is way better than the vivo X50, with a general score of 90.5 against 73. Although the Xperia 5 III and vivo X50 were released only 9 months apart, Xperia 5 III's design is just a bit thicker but also a bit lighter than vivo X50. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Xperia 5 III has 11 version and vivo X50 has Android 10 version, so it gives a couple additional features.
The Sony Xperia 5 III has a little sharper display than vivo X50, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher number of pixels per screen inch and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2520px. Xperia 5 III features a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than vivo X50, because it has 256 GB internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
Sony Xperia 5 III features just a bit better processing power than vivo X50. They have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM memory amount. Xperia 5 III has just a little bit longer battery performance than vivo X50, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4200mAh. The vivo X50 features a little bit better camera than Xperia 5 III, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rates and a lot tinier sensor, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the vivo X50 also counts with a back facing camera with a way higher resolution and a bigger aperture to take better low light images and video.
