The Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design is a bit better than vivo X60 Pro, with a general score of 85.2 against 78.8. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and vivo X60 Pro has Android 11, providing a couple additional features and increased performance.
