Galaxy A40 has a score of 79.6, which is just a bit better than vivo X60's 75.1 global score. Both devices in this review work with the same Android 11 operating system, so both of them should provide the user all the same OS features. Galaxy A40's construction is incredibly lighter than vivo X60, although it's a little bit thicker and was released many years before.
Galaxy A40 has a display that's very similar to the screen in vivo X60, because although the Galaxy A40 has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little better pixel density. Samsung Galaxy A40 counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for games and applications than vivo X60, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Vivo X60 counts with a superior processor than Galaxy A40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the vivo X60 also has a greater amount of RAM. The vivo X60 counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for taking photos or videos in low light environments, it also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality pictures and videos, a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a way better 48 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
The vivo X60 has a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 39 percent larger battery capacity.
