The Galaxy XCover 5 is slightly better than the vivo X60, getting a overall score of 78.1 against 75.1. These phones use the same Android 11 OS (operating system). Although Galaxy XCover 5 and vivo X60 were only released with a couple of months difference, the Galaxy XCover 5 construction is thicker but also just a bit lighter than vivo X60.
