Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 is slightly better than the vivo X70, having a 79.5 score against 73.8. Despite being the best cellphone in this review, the Huawei Mate 20 is a much older, just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker cellphone than the vivo X70. Both devices in this comparison work with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 20 has newer 9.0 Pie version while vivo X70 has Android 11 version, so it gives lots of additional features and better performance.
Vivo X70 features a bit superior CPU than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the vivo X70 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a bit more vivid screen than vivo X70, although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2244, a little bit smaller display and a quite lower pixel density.
The vivo X70 shoots better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for taking images and videos in low-light situations and a much smaller back-facing camera sensor providing a way worse image quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the vivo X70 also counts with better video frame rates and a lot more MP back camera.
The Huawei Mate 20's storage for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to the vivo X70 one, both have the same internal storage capacity. The vivo X70 has a little better battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 4400mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
