The TCL 20 Pro 5G is a bit better than vivo X80, having a general score of 76.1 against 74.1. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but TCL 20 Pro 5G has an older 11 version while vivo X80 has Android 12 version. The TCL 20 Pro 5G is an older and just a little thicker phone than the vivo X80, but managed to build it a little lighter anyway.
The vivo X80 features a little better processing power than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the vivo X80 also has a higher amount of RAM. Vivo X80 counts with a more vivid display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a little bit lower screen pixel density, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400 resolution, the vivo X80 also counts with a quite bigger display.
TCL 20 Pro 5G features a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than vivo X80, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1 TB and more internal storage capacity. The TCL 20 Pro 5G features a battery lifetime that is just as good as vivo X80's battery duration.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a better camera than vivo X80, although it has a back camera with a worse 48 mega-pixels resolution and a lot smaller camera sensor, they both have a same size diafragm aperture.
