The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a little bit better than the vivo X80, having a global score of 79 against 74.1. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, it must be noted that it is also a much older, just a little bit heavier and a little bit thicker cellphone. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has older 11 version and vivo X80 has Android 12.
Vivo X80 has just a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the vivo X80 also has more RAM memory. Vivo X80 counts with a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a quite lower pixels number in each inch in the screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2400px resolution, the vivo X80 also counts with a bit bigger screen.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features more storage to install games and applications than vivo X80, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S shoots much clearer pictures and videos than vivo X80, although it has a back facing camera with a lower 48 MP resolution and a lot smaller back camera sensor offering a much worse image quality, they both have a same size aperture.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than vivo X80, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
