Galaxy Note9 has a much powerful processor than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a better screen than Galaxy Note9, because it has a slightly higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a little higher number of pixels in each inch in the display and a little bigger screen.
