Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a score of 84.7, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi 12X's overall score of 77.8. Despite being the best in this comparison review, we must note that it's also older, extremely thicker and noticeably heavier. The Asus ROG Phone 5 features a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi 12X, because although it has a bit lower screen density, it also counts with a little more brightness, a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2448px and a quite bigger screen.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 has as much storage capacity to install games and applications as the Xiaomi 12X, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 5 features a much better performing CPU than Xiaomi 12X. Both of them have the same RAM amount and 8 processing cores. Asus ROG Phone 5 features greater battery lifetime than Xiaomi 12X, because it has a 33% bigger battery capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 5 has just a bit better camera than Xiaomi 12X, and although they both have the same 7680x4320 video resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a larger camera aperture to capture better low light captures and videos, better 30 frames per second video frame rate and a much more megapixels camera.
