Moto G9 Plus is much better than Xiaomi 13 Pro, with an 80.5 score against 72.9. Moto G9 Plus is a a bit lighter but thicker cellphone than the Xiaomi 13 Pro. These phones work with Android operating system, but Moto G9 Plus has older 10 version while Xiaomi 13 Pro has Android 13 version.
