Samsung Galaxy A42 is much better than the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, having an 87 score against 73.1. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A42 has the older 11 version and Xiaomi 13 Ultra has Android 13. Xiaomi 13 Ultra has a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy A42, because it has a bit larger display, a much better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a lot higher amount of pixels per inch of screen.
The Galaxy A42 has a way better processing power than Xiaomi 13 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Galaxy A42 features a much better camera than Xiaomi 13 Ultra, although it has a camera in the back with a lower 48 megapixels resolution.
The Galaxy A42 features a quite bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi 13 Ultra, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds up to 1000 GB.
