The Galaxy Note 4 has a score of 81.6, which is much better than the Xiaomi 13 Ultra's 73.1 overall score. These phones use Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 4 has an older 5.0 version and Xiaomi 13 Ultra has Android 13. Galaxy Note 4 counts with a very superior CPU than Xiaomi 13 Ultra, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
