Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is better than Xiaomi 13 Ultra, with an 83 score against 73.1. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi 13 Ultra has Android 13. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a little sharper screen than Xiaomi 13 Ultra, although it has a little worse pixel density, a little bit smaller display and a little lower 1440 x 2960 resolution.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra features a much greater storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Note8, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
