The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is a bit better than the Huawei P20, getting an 84.4 score against 78.1. Both devices in this comparison use Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has older 14 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie.
