Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M31 has a score of 86.5, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi 14's 79.4 overall score. Even being the best cellphone in our current comparison, we must highlight that it's also a notably older, just a bit thicker and a little heavier cellphone. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy M31 has older 11 version and Xiaomi 14 has Android 14.
Xiaomi 14 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy M31, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xiaomi 14 also has a just a little higher count of pixels in each inch in the screen, a much brighter display and a quite better 1200 x 2670 resolution. The Galaxy M31 features a lot better processing power than Xiaomi 14, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Xiaomi 14 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has a much less megapixels resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a larger aperture for better photos and videos in poorly lited situations, a way bigger sensor capturing lot better quality videos and photographs and a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition.
The Xiaomi 14 counts with a greater memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy M31, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy M31 features improved battery life than Xiaomi 14, because it has a 30 percent bigger battery size.
