Comparison review
Galaxy M31 has a general score of 86.5, which is slightly better than Xiaomi 15 Pro's global score of 81.3. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M31 has an older 11 version and Xiaomi 15 Pro has Android 14. Galaxy M31 is a notably older and just a bit thicker phone than Xiaomi 15 Pro, but Samsung was able to build it lighter anyway.
The Galaxy M31 has a much greater performance than Xiaomi 15 Pro, although it has 6 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Xiaomi 15 Pro counts with a much sharper display than Galaxy M31, because it has a way brighter display, a little larger display, a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 and more pixels per inch in the display.
Galaxy M31 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi 15 Pro, because although it has a much tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting photos or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Galaxy M31 also counts with faster 30 frames per second video frame rate and a way higher resolution camera.
Xiaomi 15 Pro features a bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy M31, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Xiaomi 15 Pro has a bit better battery duration than Galaxy M31, because it has a 2 percent bigger battery size.
