Comparison review
The LG V50 ThinQ is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2, with an 83.7 score against 82.3. These devices work with the same Android 10 operating system, so they should give the same OS features. Even when LG V50 ThinQ and Xiaomi Black Shark 2 were released with only 1 months difference, LG V50 ThinQ is just a little bit thinner and lighter.
LG V50 ThinQ features a little sharper display than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the LG V50 ThinQ also has more pixels per inch of screen and a better 1440 x 3120 resolution. The LG V50 ThinQ has a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The LG V50 ThinQ features a CPU that's very similar to the processing unit in Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although the LG V50 ThinQ has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. LG V50 ThinQ has a battery performance that's very similar to the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 one. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 takes better pictures and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for taking photos and videos in low light environments and worse video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also counts with a lot bigger sensor and a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels.
