Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has a score of 88, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2's score of 82.3. Both phones we are comparing here include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy M31s has a newer 11 version while Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has Android 10, providing the user a lot of extra features and better performance. Samsung Galaxy M31s's body is newer and just a bit lighter than Xiaomi Black Shark 2's, but it is also just a bit thicker.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy M31s, although it has a quite lower pixel density, a quite smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
The Galaxy M31s takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have the same video resolution, a F1.8 aperture and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy M31s also has a lot higher resolution back facing camera and a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

The Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a superior battery lifetime than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has a 50 percent greater battery capacity.
