Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ2 has a global score of 79.1, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro's 78.7 overall score. Although the Sony Xperia XZ2 is incredibly older and thicker than the Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, it's design is still somewhat lighter. Xperia XZ2 has a very superior performance than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
Sony Xperia XZ2 has a much better looking display than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160px, it also counts with a just a bit higher number of pixels in each screen inch. Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro takes much clearer videos and photos than Xperia XZ2, because although it has a lot smaller sensor providing a much worse image quality, and they both have the same video resolution and the same 60 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro also counts with a bigger camera aperture to capture better images in poorly lited environments and a much more mega-pixels camera in the back.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro counts with a quite bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XZ2, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro features a way better battery duration than Xperia XZ2, because it has 4650mAh of battery capacity instead of 3180mAh.
