LG Q8 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi-3, having a general score of 77.2 against 71.6. Both phones we are comparing here work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG Q8 has a newer 7.0 Nougat version and Xiaomi Mi-3 has Android 4.4.2 version, giving you a lot of extra features. The LG Q8 body is a little thinner but a bit heavier than Xiaomi Mi-3.
