Nokia 9 PureView is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi-3, getting a 76.4 score against 71.6. The Nokia 9 PureView design is heavier but just a bit thinner than Xiaomi Mi-3. Nokia 9 PureView has a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi-3, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and also faster) and 4 GB more RAM.
Xiaomi Mi-3 counts with a bit better display than Nokia 9 PureView, although it has a little smaller display, a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a just a little worse quantity of pixels per inch of screen. The Nokia 9 PureView shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi-3, because although it has a back facing camera with a lower 12 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light images and videos.
Nokia 9 PureView counts with a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi-3, because it has 64 GB more internal storage. The Nokia 9 PureView features a bit longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi-3, because it has a 3320mAh battery size instead of 3050mAh.
Although Nokia 9 PureView is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi-3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi-3. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Nokia 9 PureView, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi-3, resigning a couple specs and features.
