OnePlus 8 Pro is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi-3, having a score of 77.2 against 71.6. Although it's the best in this comparison review, OnePlus 8 Pro's design is a little thicker and notably heavier than Xiaomi Mi-3. The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi-3, because it has a way better 1440 x 3168 resolution, a really larger screen and a quite better pixel amount in each inch of display.
OnePlus 8 Pro features a superior memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi-3, because it has 128 GB internal memory. OnePlus 8 Pro features just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi-3, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
The OnePlus 8 Pro features a superior battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi-3, because it has a 48 percent greater battery size. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi-3, because it has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera, a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a bigger camera aperture.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi-3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Mi-3. So if you want that extra features, you can buy OnePlus 8 Pro, else you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Mi-3, giving up a couple specs and features.
