Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi-3, having a global score of 78.1 against 71.6. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Xiaomi Mi-3 has Android 4.4.2, so it gives you a couple additional features and performance optimizations.
